ANNOUNCEMENT: GRADUATION PROCESS

 First step: GREEK STUDENTS

All postgraduate Greek students who have completed their studies to the Postgraduate Program “MA in Contemporary Philosophy / Philosophy of Science” are kindly asked to submit an online application for their graduation.

Step 1: Please visit the site:   https://eprotocol.uoa.gr/  and choose «Νέα Αίτηση» / «New Application».

Step 2: Choose «Α. Αιτήσεις για Φοιτητικά Θέματα» / «Α. Students’ Applications».

Step 3: Choose «12. Αίτηση Ορκωμοσίας ΠΜΣ» / «12. Application for Postgraduate Students’ Graduation».

At this point you will be asked to sign in using your academic account.

First step: NON-GREEK STUDENTS

All postgraduate non-Greek students who have completed their studies to the Postgraduate Program “MA in Contemporary Philosophy / Philosophy of Science” are kindly asked to submit an application for their graduation to contemporaryphilosophy@phs.uoa.gr.

 

Second step (for all students):

During your online application you need to upload/send the following documents:

  1. Application
  2. Solemn Declaration
  3. Copy of University Degree (if not already submitted)
  4. PERGAMOS (University Digital Repository) Deposit Certificate of successful completion master's thesis issued by the Central Library of School of Science*
  5. A copy of passport or national ID card

 

*In order to upload the thesis deposit certificate, you need to fill in, sign and e-mail to (sci[at]lib.uoa[dot]gr)  the Central Library of School of Science the attached PERGAMOS Certificate and Statement Form. In due time you will receive it back duly signed and stamped by email.

 

Please follow the guidelines for the University Digital Repository "PERGAMOS" and fill in the necessary documents:

  2. Pergamos restriction request

Applications deadline: November 30th  2024.

 

Once you have submitted your application for graduation you need to:

  • return your academic id card to the Secretariat, and
  • send your thesis to contemporaryphilosophy@phs.uoa.gr

Further information on your graduation ceremony will be announced in due course.
